Mission

Orange launches a customer loyalty campaign for top-up clients. Together with Velti in the technological side, Wotake performs the entire management of the platform, and optimization of incidents.

Objetive

To attend all logistics and distribution needs, incentives management and control of the platform on incidents and methodologies for successful operational performance, getting always less than 2% incidences of the total prizes awarded. Dimension of the campaign: delivered more than 15mill awards through the system.

How

We integrated both, Envialia and Velti, systems in our own structure. Therefore the control and management of the campaigns are centralized at Wotake. Since the award is granted to the user, until he receives it, including, when appropriate, after sales service and product guarantee. Management processes are performed with full warranty acting as a “control tower” and notifying to each of the component parts of the project. The campaign endorse is its duration, which remains working after two years.
